We are Maria & Patrick, an enthusiastic and vivid couple. We moved to Ireland in 2011, found our beautiful home at Munmahogue and started Granny's B&B in 2017.

We like to share the good life and showing the beauty of the Sunny South-East. We pursuit to giving our guests that special feeling of a relaxed holiday. 
Both of us are enjoy being outdoors, active and the beautiful nature in the Waterford area. We love walks in the area and at Tramore beach, accompanied by our dog. But we also are not shy to rest on our laurels, appreciating a good meal with a similar glass of wine.
